| Tonight we were singing "How Great is Our God" and I looked around the room and saw this man that had lost his wife in June sitting there with both arms extended and just singing his heart up to Jesus and I looked forward and see his son with his arm extended doing the same...I don't understand how God works or why he does something...I mean this family lost a mother and a wife...to see them proclaiming HOW GREAT IS OUR GOD!!!!! is absolutely amazing...wow...I still get teary eyed just thinking about it...many people get angry with God when something tragic happens but this family chooses to have faith and exclaim God I don't understand why but you are great!...I cant count how many times I get caught up in the pettiness of my life and forget just how great our God is...thank-you Jesus for how great your love is. | | |
| Worshiping Jesus with friends is awesome...growing in faith with friends is amazing...I just want to say thank-you so much to my friends you are awesome and I thank God that you are in my life. You show me Christ's love and i could not ask for anything else...thanks | | |
| anybody got any ideas on what i should write about? | | |
| When I fall...hmmmm...falling...I remember doing some trust falls off of a table...the fear in people to fall backwards with their arms in a position that they cannot brace is almost too much for most people to handle even though they will never admit it... Jesus makes us a promise that when we fall He will always catch us in his arms and never let us hit the bottom. Jesus wants us to trust hard....I don't know about any of you but my trust has been betrayed too many times to count by people...but I still keep coming up and putting in more. The hard part is when I really don't want to trust anyone..but I am safe in Christ so I will continue to trust people because my Rock will never move and I can count on that | | |
| Life...and its curve balls...I am not gonna lie...this sucks....but I got taught some new things and this is positive. God you know what you are doing and I am gonna rest in that | | |
